Information from A to Z

Soley is an adults-only hotel – which means that we’re delighted to welcome guests from the age of 16 and up.

Cancellations must be made in writing. The following conditions apply:
Up to 14 days before arrival, cancellation is free of charge.
In case of cancellation from 14 to 7 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the total value of the booking.
In case of cancellation from 7 to 1 day before arrival, we charge 80% of the total value of the booking.
In case of no-show or early departure, we charge the total value of the booking.

Your suite will be available for you from 2 p.m. on the day of your arrival. We kindly ask you to check in by 7 p.m. – please let us know in good time if you will be arriving any later. Please vacate your suite by 11 a.m. on the day of your departure.

No deposit is required at the time of booking, but we kindly ask you to provide us with credit card details.

There is an underground car park directly at the hotel. You can reserve a parking space for €15.00 per day.

Thank you for understanding that your four-legged companions are not allowed at Hotel Soley or in the restaurant.

Our suites have a maximum occupancy of two people.

A tourist tax of €3.40 per person per day is to be paid at the hotel. This is not included in the accommodation rate.
